Premium towels are an investment, and a few simple habits will dramatically extend their life and softness.
Wash new towels before first use to remove finishing agents and lock in absorbency. Use warm water and avoid overloading the machine so fibers can move freely.
Skip fabric softeners — they coat cotton fibers and reduce absorbency over time. A small amount of white vinegar occasionally restores softness naturally.
Tumble dry on medium heat and remove promptly. Over-drying weakens fibers, while proper drying keeps the pile plush and fluffy.
